Prevention: Drying time and temperature must be strictly controlled; strictly follow the formula process; waterproof sandpaper semi-finished products should be stacked in a ventilated place.
4. Lack of glue and sand
Reasons: Dirt on the glue roller; scratches on the glue surface; blockage of the sand box.
Prevention: Be careful in operation; clean frequently.
5. Back glue edge
Reasons: glue on the breast roller; base deviation.
Prevention: keep the breast roller clean; operate with caution.
6. Sand clumps
Reasons: clumps; bumps on the paper surface; abrasive clumps; paint and impurities; too thick base glue.
Prevention: the abrasive must be sieved before use; the waterproof sandpaper must be flat; the abrasive must be dry; the paint must be sieved; the base glue must be of moderate thickness.
7. Coarse particles
Reasons: coarse particles are mixed into the abrasive; the sanding equipment is not clean.
Prevention: pay attention to the storage of waterproof sandpaper abrasives; when changing the particle size, the sanding equipment must be thoroughly cleaned.
8. Folding
Reasons: The base paper wrinkles due to moisture; the tension is too large or too small during production; the winding is too tight or too loose; the drying is uneven.
Prevention: Keep it dry; operate with caution.
9. The trademark is not clear
Reasons: The trademark roller is worn; the amount of ink is too small; the trademark roller is not pressed tightly.
Prevention: Replace the trademark roller in time; pay attention to the amount of ink used; operate carefully.
10. Glue penetration
Reasons: The base paper has poor water resistance and is uneven; the impregnation thickness is not enough.
Prevention: Improve the quality of the base paper of waterproof sandpaper; pay attention to the appropriate impregnation thickness.
11. Face stain
Reasons: uneven sanding; insufficient pre-drying, severe sanding during winding or re-gluing; uneven sanding.
Prevention: moderate and uniform thickness of gluing; appropriate pre-drying; even sanding, keep the sanding roller clean.
