Calcined brown fused aluminum oxide coated with iron oxide on the surface by a specific processing. It is made from high quality brown fused alumina calcined at high temperature through intensive deep processing. The product features a large specific surface area, stronger hydrophilicity, even particle size, higher purity, stronger binding power, cutting effciency and good heat dispersion performance, it is main performance indexes are as below: compared with normal BFA, BFA-HCC micro-hardness increases 10%, toughness increases 10%, hydrophilicity increase 3.5 times, grinding and cutting quantity increases 3% and efficiency increase 30%-50%. It is suitable for making top grade coated abrasive and top grade resin bonded wheels.

Products Application:
High temperature calcined brown fused alumina after calcined, the microcracks generated during the crushing process and during the cooling process of the crystals are bridged. The toughness and strength of the abrasive are greatly improved, thereby improving the wear resistance of the abrasive. After the high temperature calcination, the weak magnetic field in the abrasive is converted into a strong magnetic, and the magnetic separator makes the abrasive more pure. Mainly used for high-speed strong abrasive belt, resin grinding wheel for example snagging grinding wheel, sandpaper sanding disc, large cutting blade, etc. It is suitable for grinding stainless steel plate, alloy steel and hard alloy.
