Reverse sanding---When the glued substrate enters the electric field, the abrasive grains on the sand belt pass through the entire electric field to the end of the electric field, leaving most of the coarser abrasive grains due to electrostatic sanding. The finer abrasive particles will be sucked first. Such coarser abrasive particles will first be implanted into the bottom layer of the rubber surface, and then as the substrate moves forward, the finer abrasive particles are continuously implanted into the voids of the coarser abrasive grains to form a reasonable coarse abrasive grain. Matching, it is advantageous to improve the grinding efficiency of the belt.

Co-directional sanding---The finer abrasive grains are first implanted in the bottom layer, while the coarser abrasive grains cannot be inserted into the finer abrasive grains due to their large volume, and most of them can only float on the fine abrasive grains. Abrasive grains are easy to fall off during grinding and affect the efficiency of belt grinding.
