Product Features:

1. Known belt grinding has achieved a steel removal rate of 700 mm³/mm·s, even exceeding turning or milling. The grinding ratio of the belt is much higher than that of the grinding wheel, up to 300:1, even 400:1, and the grinding wheel is only 30:1. The power utilization rate of the belt grinding machine has reached 80% in the early stage of abrasive belt grinding. It is ahead of other machine tools, but today it is as high as 96%. In comparison, the grinding wheel grinding machine is only 52%, the milling machine is 57%, and the lathe is 65%, so abrasive belt grinding is still a good energy-saving processing technology.

2. Cold grinding

Abrasive belt grinding workpiece surface quality is high. In addition to its multiple functions of grinding, grinding and polishing, it is also because: in terms of grinding wheel grinding, the grinding of the belt has the name of "cold grinding", that is, the grinding temperature is low and the surface of the workpiece is not easy to appear burns and other phenomena.

3. Grinding vibration

Due to the light weight of the belt itself, the balance state of the grinding process structure system is easy to control, and all the rotating parts (such as contact wheels, drive wheels, tensioning wheels, etc.) wear very little, and there is no dynamic imbalance like the grinding wheel factor.

In addition, the elastic grinding effect of the belt can greatly reduce or absorb the shock and impact generated during grinding. The grinding speed is stable, and the belt drive wheel does not grind like a grinding wheel. The smaller the diameter, the slower the speed.
