Operation Steps:
1. Use correct safety guide for grinding;
2. Check the marking if the necessary information include size, grit working speed are marked well, and follow standard of EN13743;
3. Ensure the speed on the flap disc blotter are equal with the speed marked on the machine;
4. Follow the safety operation manual given by the manufacturer;
5. Do not use the damaged flap disc;
6. Never a machine without a guide;
7. Fix handle;
8. Locate the back flange on the key way;
9. Fix the flap disc on the back flange;
10. Locate the front flange on the front and clamp the disc;
11. Wear gloves, eye protection, ear protection;
12. Make sure the work piece can not move;
13. Keep working area clear and no other person in the risk;
14. Start the machine and let it round freely 30 seconds to make sure the disc not break;
15. Always hold angle grinder 30 degree against work piece to avoid damage the disc;
16. Unplug the machine after working.

1. What is the minimum order quantity?
1 box is ok, which quantity per box show in below forms.
2. What is delivery time?
It will take 20~30 days include mixing, pressing, curing, testing and packing. The first trial order with OEM brand may 15 days extra.
3. The condition to accept OEM brand?
No copy, No fake brand, release the authorized letter for original brand.
4. If you could accept sole agent or distributing in one country? What the condition to be an agent?
It is not reasonable to be a sole agent at the beginning of cooperation, of course we could consider it when business volume increasing stability, you are welcome to be one of our distributor or retailer no matter the trial order quantity.
