1. Shipping rates & costs

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Delivery typically in one to five business days after production is finished.

Shipping costs are different every month due to fuel surcharge.

5-10days is the regular transmit time for small parcels, Parcel arrival time according to with the courier your choice or what we will use. It may be affected by some public events such as epidemics like COVID-19

3. Shipping restrictions

Write us an email or contact us by WhatsApp 0086 18553326688 before you order if it comes from an area in which the courier may not cover.

Shipping not to PO boxes. 

4. Missing or lost  packages

Contact us by email zhaojinliang@cnrenwa.com when the parcel missing or lost. 

5. International shipping

Renwa does ship internationally with a few exceptions, please note that you, the buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty , taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charge, etc. Required by your country for importing consumer goods, we do not collect this beforehand and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you are ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

Some special certificate if required for local clearance, such as REACH, it will be not available here, or you have to confirm with us by email zhaojinliang@cnrenwa.com or WhatsApp 0086 18553326688.
