Description
Lower pressure casting riser tube is one of the key components of low pressure casting machine. During the die-casting process, the aluminum melt (temperature 700~900℃) is pressured from the riser pipe to the mold cavity every 3 to 5 minutes.
The steel riser pipe is used in the traditional production process. Due to poor thermal shock resistance, poor corrosion resistance, short service life and frequent replacement, it cannot meet the requirements of continuous and high-quality production. Silicon nitride riser tube has become an ideal material for preparing lower pressure casting riser tube due to its low thermal expansion, good thermal shock resistance, and non-stick aluminum.
