It uses high-purity silicon carbide powder and metal silicon powder to form a porous body through a pressure dry molding process. The temperature is 1400~1500℃. Formed by reaction sintering. In the sintering process, high-purity nitrogen is filled into the furnace to make the silicon in the green body react with nitrogen to form SI₃N₄. Therefore, silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide is a two-phase composite material, of which SIC accounts for about 60% and SI₃N₄ accounts for about 37% , It has high strength, strong oxidation resistance, and the use temperature is about 1500℃.

Products Features:

(1) Silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide products are hard in texture and have a Mohs hardness of about 9, which is a high-hardness material among non-metallic materials, second only to diamond.

(2) The room temperature strength of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide products is high. At a high temperature of 1200°C-1400°C, it almost maintains the same strength and hardness as the room temperature time. With the use of different atmosphere, the highest safe use temperature can reach 1650 ℃-1750 ℃.

(3) The coefficient of thermal expansion is small, the thermal conductivity is high, thermal stress is not easily generated, it has good thermal shock stability, high temperature creep resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and it is easy to make products with high dimensional accuracy and meet requirements.
