Procedure Of Fiberglass Disc For Flap Wheel:
1. Send the fiberglass fabric into glue at certain temperature.
2. Cut black paper or non-woven fabric into a suitable size, after applying the required paper or non-woven, transfer the cloth to the cutting area.
3. Start the cutting program, and at least 15mm of the aligned end of the cloth cannot be cut. Check the layers, depth and size of fiberglass disc after confirming that it is correct, continue the cutting operation.
4. Install metal bushes with a reasonable press.
5. Pie up fiberglass disc on metal pin and ready for curing.
