Many polishing masters will find obvious sand marks on the surface of the product when polishing with flocking sandpaper. There are many reasons for the sand marks, which are summarized below.

1. The first and most obvious reason is that too coarse sandpaper is used for polishing. Coarse sand grains will easily leave sand marks. If finer sandpaper is used for polishing, the surface of the product will be smoother and finer.
2. When sanding wooden products such as furniture, sand marks will appear if you sand against the wood grain.
3. In addition, sanding before the coating is dry, the dry solvent used dries slowly, which makes the paint film unable to dry at a fixed time, the upper paint film is too thin, it is not thoroughly cleaned after sanding, the paint cannot penetrate, the sandpaper is used because of paint powder on the surface, and some parts have no sanding function, which will cause movement marks.
