Aspects that must be strictly paid attention to when operating the cutting wheel:
1. The adjustable guard has been removed without authorization and not installed. Grinding wheel dust can easily injure eyes. The adjustable guard should be repaired and installed promptly to ensure safety, reliability, and effectiveness.
2. The safety cover is incomplete, the outer half is missing, and there is no cushion between the cutting disc and the chuck, which can easily cause mechanical injury accidents. The safety cover should be installed completely, and an asbestos cushion should be installed between the cutting wheel and the chuck.
3. The cutting disc is severely worn and easily breaks and injures people. The cutting wheel should be replaced in pairs in time and a complete safety guard should be installed.
4. The adjustable guard of the grinder is installed in the wrong direction and does not play a protective role. The dust on the grinding wheel can easily damage the eyes. The adjustable guard should be rotated 90 degrees clockwise before installation, so that it can be effectively adjusted.
5. The cutting discs on the grinder are not used correctly. The parallel grinding wheel is installed on the left, and the single-bevel grinding wheel is installed on the right. This unbalanced operation can easily lead to accelerated wear and failure of the support bearings. Cutting wheels should be used in pairs.
6. The speed of the cutting disc should not exceed the working line speed specified in the trademark. When using a pneumatic grinder, it is necessary to prevent the air pressure from being unstable, causing the cutting wheel to exceed the maximum speed.
