Grinding wheels for stone are mainly for different kinds of stone, for example granite, marble... High stock removal and long life.
Grinding wheels for stone is also one kind of resinoid grinding tools, made of black or green silicon carbide and liquid , powder resin with other fillers, the property of silicon carbide determines that the disc is suitable for stoneworking.
3 or 2 and half fiber reinforcement will guarantee the strength of grinding wheel, grinding wheel could be made with black or dark red color, we use high quality black and green silicon carbide which purity more 99% to ensure the performance of wheels.
This kind of grinding wheel are popular used in middle east, Italy, Brasil , India, Pakistan and some other countries. Grinding wheels improperly used can be very dangerous: wheels run at 80 m/s on angle grinders and can eject parts at a speed of 288 km/h (180 mph) in case of breakage.

Product Instructions:
■ Never fit a wheel which is loose or too tight on the flange.
■ Align the outer flange correctly as shown in the FEPA safety leaflets for cutting and grinding wheels for angle grinders.
■ Follow carefully the instructions given in the machine handbook.
■ Keep flanges and screw threads clean and free of burrs and rust.
■ Replace distorted or damaged flanges before fitting the wheel.
■ Tighten only with the tool supplied with the machine.
■ Ensure the wheel is properly gripped to prevent slippage, but do not tighten with excessive force. Never use a hammer.
■ Run all wheels after fitting for at least 30 seconds at operating speed keeping behind the guard in case the wheel breaks.
■ Refer to the FEPA recommended mounting check list.
