The grinder is a commonly used surface treatment equipment, widely used in metal processing, stone processing, wood processing and other industries.
The method of replacing the grinding disc of the grinding machine is as follows:
1. Prepare your tools: a wrench, hydraulic pliers, lubricating oil, and a grinding disc. Disconnect the power cord.
2. The grinding disc screws on a grinder are usually locked in place and cannot be removed with a standard wrench. Instead, use a dedicated wrench for the grinder.
3. Drip lubricating oil into the gap between the screws. Then, use a wrench to hold the front plate of the grinding disc in place. Align the wrench with the hole and turn the wrench counterclockwise. Once loose, remove the front plate and the new grinding wheel.
4. After installing the new grinding disc, check that the slots in the rear plate of the grinding wheel mate with the output shaft. If everything is working correctly, screw the front plate back on. Be careful to maintain the proper tension. Too loose a grip may cause the grinding wheel to fly out, while too tight a grip may damage it.
5. After replacing the grinding disc, power on the machine and run it for 1 to 2 seconds to ensure it operates normally.
