Description
The internal grinding wheel is mainly used for grinding the inner hole surface and its end surface which are formed by cylindrical, conical or other shape lines. Various abrasive grains raw material, high productivity, even for honing point available. Micropowder grit include 240-1200.
Internal grinding wheels are usually made of brown fused alumina, white fused alumina, pink fused alumina , ruby grains, ceramic abrasive grains, monocystal abrasive grains according with the working pieces material. Monocrystal alumina internal grinding wheel (MA): Suitable for harder alloy material heating processed, especially big feeding section.
Pink fused alumina internal grinding wheel (PA): Have semi friable character and toughness, grinding performance between white fused alumina and monocrystal alumina.
White fused alumina internal grinding wheel (WA): The most friable among abrasive grains, suitable for alloy work pieces, good cool effection.
Brown and white fused alumina internal grinding wheels (DA): Good abrasive resistant, can be used for various hardness carbon steel work pieces, lower cost.
