Glass beads for sandblasting has the features of chemical stability, high mechanical intensity.

Glass beads are a new type of material that has been developed in recent years and has a wide range of uses and special properties. The product is processed by high-tech borosilicate raw materials with a particle size of 10-250 microns and a wall thickness of 1-2 microns. The product has the advantages of light weight, low thermal conductivity, high strength, good chemical stability, etc. The surface has been specially treated to have oleophilic and hydrophobic properties, and is very easy to disperse in the organic material system.

Product Features:

1. Both hard and soft - made of high-quality materials, that is, a certain mechanical strength, SiO₂ content is greater than or equal to 68%, hardness can reach 6-7 mohs, and has enough flexibility, can be used repeatedly several times, not easy to break the sprayed device has the same effect and is more than three times longer than the service life of ordinary glass beads.

2. Uniformity is good - the rounding rate is greater than or equal to 80%, and the particle size is uniform. After spraying, the brightness coefficient of the blasting device is kept uniform, and it is difficult to leave a watermark.

3. Irreplaceable - shot blasting glass beads as an abrasive material has the following advantages over any other abrasive material: in addition to metal abrasive materials, longer than any other medium, made of non-alkaline soda lime glass material, with good chemical stability, will not pollute the processed metal, can accelerate cleaning, while maintaining the processing accuracy of the original object.

4. Smooth and no impurities - the appearance is spherical particles, no impurities; the surface is smooth, with a good finish.
