Description
Zirconium silicate beads is composed of silicon oxide and zirconia with the same molar ratio. The formula is ZrSiO4. It is made by advanced technique of titrating in electrolyte and sintering at high temperature. The microstructure inside the bead is composed of dense zirconium silicate particles, which rejects the capillary gap and cavity and avoids the separation of crystal phase and glass phase.
Our zirconium silicate beads have a higher density and hardness than similar beads, and the abrasion ratio is 1/2 of similar zirconium silicate beads. Moreover, medium density and hardness are suitable for dispersion or grinding of the paste with medium and low vicasity, and also can match part of the grinding machines. Therefore, it is a universal grinding medium.
