Description
Dental zirconia block is kind of new bioceramic material used in dentistry. With the improvement of esthetic requirements, the beautiful, durable, and all-ceramic restoration of prosthodontics is being paid attention to. In the past, the application of all-ceramic materials was limited due to the brittleness, aesthetics and safety.
The dental zirconia blocks supplied by our company are made of nano-sized and biological zirconia powder as raw material through pressing to form, pre-sintering and shape processing, which are mainly used for making crowns and bridges, inlays and veneers of fixed partial denture.

2, Zirconia has no stimulation to gingiva and no allergic reaction, so it can avoid the adverse reactions such as allergy, stimulation and corrosion caused by metal in oral cavity. Therefore, the zirconia blocks are very suitable for application in oral cavity.
3, Zirconia all-ceramic teeth have a natural color with an indistinct crown edge. Patients with high aesthetic requirements pay more attention to its natural color, because the restoration is well integrated with healthy teeth and it is difficult to make the distinction.
4, Compared with alumina ceramics, zirconia ceramic teeth have higher compression strength, hardness and wear resistance.
