Description
Alumina ceramic parts take Al2O3 as main raw material and use rare metal oxide as agent of fusion formed at a high temperature of over 1000 degrees. Alumina ceramic have high alumina content, denser structure and have special property, thus is also called for the special ceramics. Alumina ceramic material is a dense hexagonal structure composed of oxygen ion, and aluminum ions are filled in the two thirds of the octahedron gap, which is the same stable α-Al2O3 structure as natural corundum. Therefore, alumina ceramics have high melting point, high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
