Alumina Ceramic Lining Tiles

Alumina ceramic lining tile can be divided into rectangular tile, trapezoid tile, shaped tile according to shape. It uses AL₂O₃ as the raw material, adopts the advanced technology and the scientific formula, and use the hydraulic to press the molding, then sintered by the high temperature natural gas kiln. It has the characteristics of high hardness, high density, low abrasion, good regularity and corrosion resistance.

This type of material is called alumina ceramic lining tile because of its texture is similar to ceramic. In addition, the mode of production makes it wear-resistant and acid corrosion. The thickness of the common aluminum lining tile is between 40-90mm, it is divided rectangular tile, trapezoidal tile, shaped tile which can match according to the cylinder, and the thickness of it is selected mainly according to the size of the ball mill and material.
