Aluminum titanate ceramic material has a higher melting point (1860℃±10℃) and a lower thermal expansion coefficient (at RT— Under the condition of 1000℃, α<2.0×10-6/℃), and has excellent thermal shock resistance. In addition, it has the characteristics of non-wetting with many metals (especially non-ferrous metals) melts and glass melts. Therefore, aluminum titanate ceramics can be widely used in harsh environments such as high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Low pressure casting riser pipe is one of the key components of low pressure casting machine. During the die-casting process, the aluminum melt (temperature 700~900℃) is pressured from the riser pipe to the mold cavity every 3 to 5 minutes. The steel riser pipe is used in the traditional production process. Due to poor thermal shock resistance, poor corrosion resistance, short service life and frequent replacement, it cannot meet the requirements of continuous and high-quality production.
