Nylon polishing wheel for wooden and aluminum is an important branch of abrasive grinding tools. Nylon wheel products are mainly composed of nylon fiber mesh, grinding media (abrasive grain), resin and other main components, which may add various additives such as endothermic additives, fillers and colorants.

Nylon wheel products are mainly divided into two categories, the Unitized Wheel and the Convolute Wheel. The stacking wheel is coated by nylon prebond by roller coating (adhesive and abrasive in the glue, etc.) and stacked in one piece and combined in a baking oven to cure and finally die-cut.  After the coiler is coated by the same method, it is wound into a rod on a special tube and baked and cured.
