1. Correct choice. Only by choosing the right flap disc product according to the grinding object can the best grinding effect be ensured and the value of the flap wheel be maximized. A high-quality flap disc has a strong cutting force, can adapt to the cutting of materials of different strengths, has the characteristics of heat resistance and wear resistance, and can better complete large-scale equipment grinding and polishing.

2. Sufficient pressure. During the grinding process, do not apply too much pressure to the flap wheel. Excessive use will cause the flap disc to be overloaded. Excessive heat will cause the flap wheel to wear faster and reduce the effectiveness of the abrasive. However, if the pressure applied to the flap disc is insufficient, the flap wheel cannot be bonded with the metal, and the effective grinding effect cannot be achieved, and the grinding time is also extended.
3. Correct use. The flap disc needs to form a certain angle with the grinding object during use, generally between 5-10 degrees on the plane or horizontal. If it is less than this angle, the blade particles will immediately contact the metal, causing the flap wheel to wear too quickly. If it is greater than this angle, the blade cannot be fully used. This causes part of the flap disc to be excessively worn and ultimately insufficiently polished.
