Description
Flap wheels, also known as chuck-type page wheels, belong to the type of coated abrasives. Each product is made of hundreds of thousands of abrasive cloth flaps, it is made of alumina or brown aluminum oxide as the abrasive grain, electrocoated on fabric base, and is made into flaps through the assembly line, which is then laminated by the abrasive cloth and pasted with all resin.
The upper and lower grooves of the chuck fix the sand blade between the upper and lower chucks. The two ends of the inner side of the sand blade are respectively provided with L-shaped buckle grooves and fastening rings. The fastening ring is fixedly connected to the buckle grooves. The fastening ring is solidified and glued with the buckle groove by glue to form a thousand-leaf wheel. The thousand-impeller wheel is divided into two types: straight groove and U-shaped notch.
