Products Production Methods:

Two Categories:

The first type of production method is cast stainless steel obtained by smelting, atomization and cooling.

The second type of production method is the stainless steel wire by cutting, rounding to obtain stainless steel shot.

Stainless steel shot is usually produced by stainless steel forging process. 201, 302, 304, 316, 316L, 420, 440C are common raw materials at this stage.

 

Products Principle:    

It is not rust free but not easy to get rusty. The principle is that with the increase of chromium element, a layer of fine structure of chromium oxide layer is formed on the surface of the steel, which can effectively isolate the re-touch of the air and steel, so that the oxygen in the air cannot enter the steel, and achieve the role of preventing the steel from rusting.

 

Products Application:

1. The blast cleaning of non-ferrous metals and special alloys, copper alloy, magnesium alloy, zinc alloy die casting, stainless steel castings and forgings, aluminum castings and forgings, etc. to make the product surface whitening, brightness, highlight the metal color.

2. The surface cleaning and strengthening of stainless steel parts and heat-treated workpieces. In order to improve the fatigue and corrosion resistance of the workpieces and cover up the surface defects of the casting.
