Description
Steel shot is a kind of spherical particle made of special material by heat treatment. First of all, melt high quality steel block, filament, steel chips, and then use the high speed of centrifugal disc to shape. Finally letting molten steel thrown into the water, so that the surface temperature of steel particle dropped sharply to form the shape of pallet, this is the once quenching. After once quenching, the pellet is dried and reheated in the furnace to achieve the applicable hardness. After tempering and through a mechanical mesh screen, the steel pellet is separated into standard, different grades of products to apply to blasting equipment.
The control of heat treatment process endows the steel shot with good elasticity and fatigue resistance. The steel shot with different size and hardness is suitable for different processes.

1. What is the minimum order quantity?
1 box is ok , which quantity per box show in below forms.
2. What is delivery time?
It will take 20-30 days include mixing, pressing , curing , testing and packing. The first trial order with OEM brand may 15 days extra.
3. The condition to accept OEM brand?
No copy, No fake brand, release the authorized letter for original brand.
4. If you could accept sole agent or distributing in one country? What the condition to be an agent?
It is not reasonable to be a sole agent at the beginning of cooperation, of course we could consider it when business volume increasing stability, you are welcome to be one of our distributor or retailer no matter the trial order quantity.
