Zinc stearate sandpaper is high-grade sandpaper coated with antistatic coating. It has the advantages of anti-blocking, anti-static, good softness and high abrasion resistance and it is suitable for polishing wood, putty and coatings. Generally, zinc stearate sandpaper use latex paper as base paper and synthetic resin as the binder, and then is made by advanced high electrostatic sand planting technology. The product has the characteristics of high polishing efficiency and uneasy to stick chips.

Product Details:

1, Abrasives. We always use high quality abrasives as raw material which have good sharpness, high grinding efficiency and can achieve good smoothness on the surface of work piece.

2, Latex paper. We use special latex paper as the backing paper. The product has not only good flexibility, but also good durability.

3, Zinc stearate coating. The surface of product is coated with super coating, which can play a role of anti-blocking effectively. In addition, high strength full resin adhesive makes the bond between abrasives and bottom paper more firm and has a long service life.
