Ceramic Abrasive Cloth

Ceramic abrasives, also known as SG abrasives, is an abrasive with microcrystalline structure which is made by sol-gel technique. The crystal size of it is less than 3 microns, so it is also called nana-ceramic abrasives with high hardness, good toughness and high sharpness.

Product Application:

Ceramic abrasive cloth is made by using a binder to stick abrasive evenly on a solid cloth base. It is mainly used to grind the rust, paint and burrs on the surface of the stainless steel or carbon steel workpiece, and can also be used to grind the non-metallic materials.

Ceramic abrasive cloth is suitable for large cutting amount and cold grinding, which can guarantee faster grinding and better surface quality as well as excellent removal efficiency. Cold grinding can prolong the working life of workpiece, and prevent surface burn or discoloration, especially suitable for grinding special steel for special purposes.
