Description
Calcined brown aluminum oxide high temperature is made through calcining at more than 1350℃ in the production process of original brown aluminum oxide, then processed by annealing. High temperature calcined brown aluminum oxide has the characteristics of low expansion coefficient, excellent hydrophilicity, high toughness, high strength, etc. The sintered abrasive tools made of it have the characteristics of dark blue color, no reticular cracks and no rust spots after sintering, so the precision and grinding effect of the abrasive tools are improved, especially suitable for the production of high-grade bonded abrasive tools.
Different from the manufacturing processes of common brown fused alumina, the calcined brown aluminum oxide high temperature goes through the secondary calcination at high temperature. In addition, the calcination temperature is about 1400℃, and the calcined brown aluminum oxide has some better performance than the common brown aluminum oxide.
