1. Diamond honing stone:
It has good elasticity, cutting force, wear resistance and other advantages. It is an ideal abrasive for mold manufacturing, tool repair, various workpiece bends, holes and surfaces that are difficult to reach with ordinary abrasives.
2. Ordinary honing stone:
It is widely used in various fields such as machinery manufacturing, mold manufacturing, instrumentation, etc.
3. Super fine grinding honing stone:
It is widely used in various fields such as machinery manufacturing, mold manufacturing, instrumentation, etc., and its work efficiency is twice that of ordinary honing stone.
4. Ruby honing stone:
Ruby is a kind of corundum microcrystal made of aluminum oxide powder and sintered at high temperature. The structure is compact and delicate, with high hardness and strength. The product is rose red, mainly used for cutting, with sharp edges, and with W0.5 diamond grinding paste, it can also achieve a mirror effect. It can be used to process workpieces with high toughness, such as hardened steel, alloy steel, precision measuring tools and instrument parts with high finish requirements.
5. Boron carbide honing stone:
Boron carbide is a hard, black, shiny crystal. It is lower in hardness than industrial diamond, but higher in hardness than silicon carbide. The particle size of oilstone is between 400 and 1000. The smaller the particle size, the coarser it is and the greater the amount of grinding. It is used for grinding semi-finished knives. Because of its strong hardness, it is particularly wear-resistant and not easy to scratch.
6. Natural jade honing stone:
It is the finest particle size among oilstones. It is only used for polishing and has almost no grinding amount. After applying W0.5 diamond grinding paste on the oilstone, the surface of the knife can be ground into a mirror surface.
7. Fiber honing stone:
It is an oilstone made of ceramic particles and resin by a special process for polishing precision and fine details. Its characteristics include: strong toughness, generally used for precision polishing of groove bottoms, fine seams and other fine parts of molds; cross-arranged fibers, uniform and full sand, not easy to fall off, no scratches on the surface of the workpiece, can slide vertically and horizontally, improve grinding speed and oilstone strength; not easy to heat up during grinding, will not cause the workpiece to heat up and the oilstone to deteriorate; the shape of the oilstone can be arbitrarily trimmed and changed freely.
8. Diamond grinding paste:
The particle size ranges from W40 to W0.5, W40 is the coarsest, with a large grinding amount, and W0.5 is the finest, used for polishing, and does not require annealing, and can grind even the hardest knives.
