The use of resinoid grinding wheels must be carried out in accordance with the regulations. Failure to follow the requirements will affect the grinding quality. Before using the resinoid grinding wheel, be sure to check whether the product has quality problems, whether there are cracks, and whether the grinding wheel sounds crisp by knocking. The speed of the grinding wheel must not exceed the specified safe working linear speed.
When the resinoid grinding wheel is processing a workpiece, please do not use a lever to push the workpiece to increase the pressure on the grinding wheel. Special dressing tools should be used to dress the grinding wheel. When dressing, the operator must wear protective glasses.
Resinoid grinding wheels must use coolant correctly during grinding; if coolant is not used, dust protection devices must be installed. Each resinoid grinding wheel is marked with the maximum use and linear speed. Before installation, you must first confirm the machine's speed and never exceed the speed marked on the grinding wheel. Ensure that the machine has intact protective devices. The center hole of the grinding wheel and the center axis of the grinding wheel must match, otherwise it cannot be used.
The flanges on both sides of the resinoid grinding wheel must have the same shape and size. The flange diameter must meet the requirements and there must be grooves on both sides. The installation must be done with appropriate tightness. After installation, start the machine and let it idle for about one minute. It can only be used after there is no abnormality. Regardless of the type of grinding work, the pressure should be uniform during use. It is forbidden to collide with the workpiece when the grinding wheel is adjusted and rotated. The cutting should be done slowly and gradually. When cutting large-diameter workpieces, the contact surface between the grinding wheel and the workpiece should be reduced.
