1. Clean thoroughly before operation

The mixture of dust and oil stains will directly stick to the sand surface and is not easy to shake off, causing the sand surface to be blocked and reducing the cutting force.
Correct approach: Use special degreasing agents and cleaners to thoroughly clean the surface of the car body before grinding.
2. Use P80-P240 sandpaper for grinding as needed
Sandpaper with finer grain size is mainly used for grinding the joints of old paint film of putty, and is not suitable for grinding putty, otherwise it is easy to get clogged.
Correct method: If you are grinding the putty area, use P80-P240 sandpaper for grinding as needed, and you can quickly achieve the grinding effect.
3. Soft cushion increases softness
The grinding head and sanding surface are both horizontal, but the car body has some curvature in many details. Without soft cushion, the grinding head is hard. During the grinding process, the sanding surface and the grinding surface cannot fit completely or even separate completely in some areas, which cannot achieve the grinding effect. This will require repeated grinding and increase the consumption of sandpaper.
Correct method: Adding XYS soft cushion between sandpaper and grinding head can effectively increase the softness of grinding head. When grinding curvature and curved surface, the sanding surface and the grinding surface can fit better, and the grinding effect can be achieved in one time, saving labor time and sandpaper.
4. Sandpaper is reusable
Sandpaper is an industrial consumable, but not a disposable product. Its function is grinding, so as long as the sand surface is not seriously blocked and there is still strong cutting force, you can continue to grind the next surface after grinding one surface. Operators and managers need to be reminded to avoid human waste from an environmental perspective and replace the sandpaper with new one when the sandpaper can no longer grind effectively.
