The following points should be noted when installing the internal grinding wheel:
1. The end face of the extended shaft and the end face of the screw that bears the double-end face grinder grinding wheel cannot be uneven, and the contact surface cannot be too small, otherwise the friction area will be reduced and the reliability of the internal grinding wheel tightening cannot be guaranteed.
2. The rotation direction of the fastening screw cannot be the same as that of the double-end face grinder grinding wheel, otherwise the internal grinding wheel will automatically loosen under the action of the grinding force. At present, the double-end face grinder and universal external aid grinder we produce have a counterclockwise rotation direction of the grinding wheel. Therefore, the direction of the fastening screw should be right-handed.

3. The matching clearance between the inner hole of the double-end face grinder grinding wheel and the extended shaft journal cannot be too large or too small. If it is too small, the grinding wheel is easy to burst; if it is too large, the grinding wheel is overweight and causes vibration. The clearance between the internal grinding wheel and the extended shaft is related to the tightening method. It should not exceed 0.2mm when tightened with screws, and should not exceed 0.3mm when tightened with adhesives. If the gap is too large, you can insert a piece of paper between the extension shaft and the inner hole of the grinding wheel to narrow the gap.
4. The two end faces of the grinding wheel of the double-end grinder cannot directly contact the shoulder of the extension shaft and the end face of the screw, but should be padded with soft pads such as yellow paper, with a thickness of 0.2mm~0.3mm. This can make the internal grinding wheel evenly stressed and reliably fastened.
