Causes of damage to silicon carbide ceramic tube:

1. Temperature damage: Overheating will have certain damage to the silicon carbide ceramic burner nozzle designed for non-high temperature applications.

2. Accidental damage: In the installation and cleaning, the industrial ceramic tube may be accidentally damaged due to the use of incorrect tools.

3. Improper installation: Off-center washers, over-tightening, or other positional changes can have undesirable effects.

4. Corrosion and wear: The material on the surface of the ceramic part and the inner flow passage gradually becomes larger or deformed, thus affecting the flow rate, pressure and spray shape.

5. Adhesion: Splatter, fog, or chemical accumulation of material on the inside or outside of the edge of the silicon carbide ceramic nozzle caused by liquid evaporation can leave a dry solidified layer,and block the nozzle or internal circulation channel.

6. Blocking: Dirt or other impurities in the liquid block the nozzle orifice,thus limiting the flow rate of the nozzle and interfering with the spray shape and uniformity.
