Description

Rubber polishers are made of silicon carbide, diamond and rubber bonding agent or silicone bonding agent. They use the material's good elasticity and good polishing properties to polish and polish intraoral dental tissue or restorations. Product Application:

Rubber polishers are mainly for finishing and polishing titanium alloy/pure titanium/nickel-chrome alloy/cobalt-chrome alloy dental workpiece, such as for steel teeth/inner crown/steel frame/steel base finishing, smoothing and polishing.

Instructions For Use:

1. Select the appropriate rubber polisher (e.g. shape, size, type) for the intended use and disinfect and sterilize according to the instructions.

2. Choose the appropriate dental handpiece (such as high-speed dental handpiece, contra-angle low-speed handpiece) according to the type of polisher to ensure that the handpiece is in good working condition.

3. Insert the sterilized polisher completely into the mobile phone bayonet to ensure that it is firmly fixed with the high-speed mobile phone or the reverse-angle low-speed mobile phone.

4. Before use, it must be inspected outside the mouth to ensure that the polisher is not deformed, scratched, rusted or damaged. The rotational speed should be within the recommended rotational speed range during operation, and the product has no beating or abnormal noise, and the water cooling system is normal.

5. The polisher should be used in "contact mode" and do not apply excessive pressure. Choose an operating pressure of 0.3-2N to ensure that the polisher speed will not be significantly reduced.
