1. When installing alumina ceramic pipes, if flexible pipes are used, the two ends of the flexible pipes in the access sleeve should be adjusted symmetrically.
Because the expansion coefficient of the pipeline is only about one-third of that of steel, that is to say, the expansion gap will be reduced by 3-5MM. In addition, the end face of the composite pipe and the end face of the flange should be flush with each other when connecting the flanges.
2. The alumina-lined ceramic tube has a very long use time and has strong hardness and toughness. However, it must be handled with care during transportation and installation, and collision is strictly prohibited, and special care should be taken not to be touched by metal instruments.
Due to the high performance, the pipeline can be connected by welding. When welding the casting nozzle material, a 45°-60° "V" type slope P should be 2-4mm, and then intermittently weld with a small current,no gaps are left during construction.
3. When installing the alumina ceramic pipe, make sure that the center line of the alumina ceramic pipe is aligned with the center of the pipe, and level the height to ensure that the two end faces are accurately connected.
The misalignment of the two ends should be controlled within 1.0mm, and the direction of the flow of the conveying medium should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow during installation, and the longer end is the direction of the outlet.
