The cutting depth of the super thin cutting wheels is generally determined by the cutting parts. It mostly use cutting adopts the technology of creep feed grinding, and the cutting depth can be reached at one time. Then, because the cutting wheel is very thin and the cutting condition is poor, it is difficult to dissipate heat. So it is necessary to increase the cooling for the cutting area.


It is suggested to increase the cutting speed or reduce the feed quantity when the super thin cutting wheels are stuck when it is just put into cutting machine. In case of the situation of stuck after using for a period of time, it is suggested that the surface of the grinding wheel be edged with a whetstone to adjust its sharpness.


The surface quality of the workpiece and cutting performance are mainly related to the particle size of the super thin cutting wheels, at the same time, also related to the workpiece material, hardness, cutting conditions, machine conditions, processing requirements and other factors
