The completion of coated abrasives is divided into two levels:
1. Manufacturing
2. Processing
Coated abrasives are manufactured using a continuous mechanical sizing, sanding, and hardening process. The manufacturing technology is divided into:

Electrostatic coating
First, the abrasive passes through the magnetic field to form positive and negative charges. The negatively charged abrasive generates an electrostatic field to attract the positively charged abrasive particles, and the particles are evenly ground upward on the base paper.
Gravity coating
In gravity coating, the abrasive is coated on the base paper in a controlled manner. The abrasive coating can be changed according to different uses, such as dense or sparse coating.
Most of the coated abrasives today use electrostatic coating technology to meet strict grinding requirements.
Coated abrasives are manufactured into large rolls of rollers so that they can be processed into: sheets, discs, rolls, belts, strips, rubber discs, velcro discs, flap wheels, etc.
Softening
During the manufacturing process, after the coated abrasives are applied with paddles and sand, their softness is insufficient for some uses, so they need to be softened.
Soften the sandpaper or sandpaper in a straight line at a right angle of 90 degrees
Soften in a straight and horizontal direction at 45 degrees
Soften in a straight and horizontal direction at 45 degrees, and then soften at 90 degrees
The interface of the abrasive belt
Overlap interface:
The interface is sanded flat, and glue is applied to the interface to connect with the ground surface. This type of interface can only run in one direction.
Glue-type interface:
The two fractures are sealed with a strong adhesive (hot pressing), which can run in both directions and the joint position has less jump.
