2. The formula design is unreasonable, and the abrasive particle size difference is large, resulting in unevenness.
(Arrange the formula reasonably)
3. The mixing is uneven, the molding material is either dry or wet, and has not reached the saturation state.
(Mix the molding material until it is uniform)
4. The material is unevenly spread. Rotating the material spreader can easily cause the coarse particles of the molding material to be outward and upward, resulting in uneven organization.
(According to the dryness and humidity of the molding material and the specifications of the resinoid grinding wheel, reasonably select a matching scraper and adjust the speed of the turntable)
5. During the hardening process, the rebound torque of the product when heated is too large.
(The pressure force of the blank product should be greater than the rebound force when heated. The more the number of code strings between the aluminum plates and the newer the pad net, the greater the force applied)
6. After the hardening is completed, it is not suitable to disassemble quickly. The direct reason is that it is hot. Wearing thick gloves, the heat from the aluminum plate penetrates into it and it is even hotter.
(Due to thermal expansion and contraction, wait until the temperature of the resinoid grinding wheel reaches room temperature before disassembling)
7. When the resinoid grinding wheel is used, the cutting tool is loose.
