Solving the problem of resin cutting wheel film is a technical problem, which is also caused by comprehensive factors, mainly involving process plan, technical route, formula, and the conformity of raw materials with the process.
1. The curing temperature is low or too high, mainly when the temperature and humidity change suddenly and drastically, and the fluctuation of relevant technical indicators of raw materials reaches the conditions required by the cutting wheel film. At this time, if the curing curve is still the same as before, the film will be produced.
Low hardening temperature means that due to the dual influence of the environment and raw materials, the highest hardening temperature of the resin cutting wheel should be provided in time when the seasons change or the temperature and humidity change significantly. High hardening temperature means that the hardening curve has been adjusted, but when the stability is reduced and the weather is dry, the hardening temperature is not lowered in time, which is also easy to cause grinding wheel flakes.

2. The hardening curve is short. This mainly means that under certain conditions, the low-temperature drying time of the hardening curve is short and the heating speed in the heating stage is too fast.
3. Too hasty exit from the oven or kiln or too large a temperature difference. Because the grinding wheel, especially the one with a large diameter, should have a certain cooling period at the end of hardening and heat preservation to satisfy the uniform release of the stress of the resin cutting wheel; at this time, if the temperature out of the oven is too high or the temperature difference is too large, the cooling change of the grinding wheel will not be synchronized, so the deformation of the grinding wheel will appear. The resin cutting wheel film is actually a form of deformation.
4. The problem of eliminating the wet atmosphere in the hardening furnace. All hardening furnaces, whether box-type or tunnel-type, must consider the intake and exhaust when designing the furnace. Since a large amount of waste gas (mainly ammonia and water vapor) is released during the hardening process of the resin cutting wheel, if these waste gases cannot be discharged in time, they will be re-absorbed by the pores of the resin cutting wheel during the cooling process of the grinding wheel, causing the grinding wheel to stink and become soft.
