Angle grinder has a wide range of industrial uses. A variety of cutting disc and grinding disc can be installed on it. A few important notes about angle grinder are as follow:
1. When operating, the operator should check whether the cutting disc, grinding disc, and other accessories are in good condition, whether the insulation cable is damaged, or aging. After inspection, plug in the power before operation.
2. When using a cutting disc for cutting or polishing, no people or explosive materials should be within one meter. Do not work toward people to avoid casualties.
3. Switch off power when the cutting disc is worn out and needs replacement, to prevent unnecessary accidents.
4. At least two fire extinguishers should be equipped when working with dangerous and flammable materials. Safety first, production second.
5. After using the angle grinder for 30 minutes, stop and rest for over 20 minutes. Wait until cooling, then resume operation.
6. Always use the correct cutting disc according to specifications and instructions. Additionally, check and maintain the tool and cutting discs regularly to reduce accidents.
