Solution:
1. Before rough grinding, the material is initially screened first, mainly to screen out the problematic materials that are visible to the eyes, such as materials with wrong colors and impurities. Avoid unnecessary losses due to material problems.
2. Aiming at the extremely thin feature of the ceramic ring itself, a specific test is carried out, and a new fixing method is adopted to test the critical point of the perfect combination between the pressing method and the fixing method, so that the workpiece and the grinding disc can achieve the best fit.
3. In view of the situation that the crystal state of zirconia is easy to change due to temperature, we specially set up a set of cooling devices for it.
4. In the process of grinding and polishing, we adopt the process of rough polishing, semi-fine polishing and fine polishing, use an appropriate amount of copper or iron plate, and use ceramic plate as polishing paper, and use ceramic mirror polishing machine for processing.
