1. Suitable occasions for cutting wheels
Choose according to the different occasions where the cutting disc is used. Cutting discs should be divided into cutting and wiping types in terms of the way they are used. Most cutting machines are fixed and movable, and the speed of the machine's work is divided into large-scale work speed (>5.5KW) and small-scale work speed (<3KW). The cutting speed can also be divided into fast cutting (>80m/s) and general cutting. In addition, there are many kinds of materials to be cut during cutting, such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, general steel, sticky metal, high carbon steel, non-metal, etc. Different occasions of use have different requirements for the performance of cutting discs, so it is very important to choose cutting discs reasonably. We must choose a good cutting disc according to our own use occasions, so as to increase the safety factor, improve labor productivity, and reduce our use costs.

2. Cutting wheel - the choice of cutting wheel for general cutting machines
Common cutting machines usually refer to those with fixed cutting tables, working speed <3KW, and speed of 2900 rpm. Common cutting machines usually cut workpieces with a diameter less than 50mm. However, due to the low working speed of cutting, in order to eliminate radial friction resistance, we usually choose a cutting wheel with a thickness of 3.2mm. In this way, the cutting wheel is thinner and has a certain elasticity, which will feel sharper when cutting. In order to eliminate lateral friction resistance, our products change the surface contact into point contact, and lubricant is added to the balancing system, which can greatly reduce the friction heat of the new object generated during cutting, and improve the wear resistance and sharpness of the cutting wheel.
3. The selection of cutting discs for large-scale cutting machines that can describe the speed of work
The high-speed cutting machine is often used in situations where the workpiece with a larger diameter is cut with a power of more than 5.5KW and a rotation speed of 2800 rpm. The reason is that the torque is large during cutting, and the carbide rotary file also has a relatively large damage to the cutting piece, so it is required that the cutting piece should have a certain rigidity. We often use a 3.8mm thick cutting piece. At the same time, due to the large cutting diameter, the resistance of the cutting piece will also increase, and the temperature of the new things on the cutting surface will be very high, so it is very important to reduce the cutting temperature. If conditions permit, add water to reduce the temperature during cutting.
