   Technical Specifications: Ceramics is available in various sizes of ceramic rods and can also be customized according to customer needs. The size of metallized ceramic rods is essentially unlimited, producing even larger rods with diameters ranging from 0.5mm to 160mm.

   The ceramic rod drill is to stick the medium hole ceramic rod on the inner wall of the metal, which has high temperature resistance and strong adhesion, and firmly welds the ceramic to the inner wall of the steel sleeve through the small hole. To protect the solder joints, the ceramic caps are opened. Each ceramic rod is not only close to each other, but also forms a corresponding angle, so that the ceramic rods are closely connected and seamless; when the last circle is closely embedded, a 360-degree mechanical self-locking force is formed between the ceramic rods. The production process of zirconia ceramic manufacturers is relatively complex, the production cycle is long, and the cost is high.

   After the whole ceramic rod is fired, the ceramic rod is poured into a steel sleeve to make an integrally formed wear-resistant ceramic rod. The inner wall of the ceramic rod is smooth, the sealing performance is good, and the ceramic rod has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, but the production cycle of this product is long and the cost is high.
