Aug 22, 2025

1. Ceramic Mounted Point

Mounted Points with finer grit (typically brown aluminum oxide, white aluminum oxide, pink fused alumina, or silicon carbide) are sintered with a ceramic binder and secured with a central metal handle. Ceramic mounted points are primarily used for grinding various metals, including inner wall grinding and mold finishing.

2. Rubber Mounted Point

Fineer grit is bonded with a rubber binder and is used for mold polishing.

3. Flap Wheel With Shank

Multiple rectangular pieces of emery cloth are glued around the metal handle. The grit size is generally 60#-320#, used for polishing the inner wall of the aperture.

4. Diamond Mounted Point

A grinding tool for non-metallic materials such as stone and porcelain, particularly one with a diamond alloy as the grinding element, comprises a base and multiple grinding elements, the multiple grinding elements being intermittently fixed within the base. The grinding elements are also intermittently positioned on the grinding surface of the mounted point. The base is preferably made of a tough adhesive material, and the grinding elements are preferably made of a diamond alloy. These tools offer high grinding performance, are simple to manufacture at low cost, produce high grinding quality, and are suitable for large-scale grinding operations.
