Aerostatic bearing high-speed electric internal grinding mounted point: using aerostatic bearing (air supply pressure is 40~65MPa), the grinding mounted point system has good rigidity, and has the characteristics of electric grinding mounted point, the speed can reach 180000R/MIN, suitable for grinding 1 ~10MM small hole.
Mechanical drive internal grinding mounted point: It is mainly composed of main shaft, rolling bearing, sleeve body shell, flat support pulley, etc. After replacing the extension shaft, it can be used to grind inner holes of different diameters and lengths. It is more suitable for medium and low speed use, and the speed is generally lower than 2000R/MIN.
Electric internal grinding mounted point: one is directly driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor, the other is driven by a high-frequency motor, and the spindle speed can reach 50000~90000R/MIN. The output power is large, the instantaneous overload capacity is strong, the speed characteristic is hard, and the vibration is small.
