What are the main reasons for the loss of resinoid grinding wheel molds? The resinoid grinding wheel will definitely wear out during use. In fact, users all know that the resinoid grinding wheel itself is a consumable. What we are actually concerned about is the wear speed and the degree of wear of the resinoid grinding wheel.

(1) The material of the main working parts of the resinoid grinding wheel is improperly selected.
The material has poor properties and is not wear-resistant; the die steel is unrefined and has a large number of smelting defects;
The convex and concave dies, the forging billet and the forging process are not perfect, and there are still hidden dangers in heat treatment.
(2) The structural design of the resinoid grinding wheel and the die structure are unreasonable. The slender punch is not designed with a reinforcement device, the discharge port is not smooth and there is accumulation, and the unloading force is too large, so that the punch is subjected to alternating loads and so on.
(3) The manufacturing process of the resinoid grinding wheel is not perfect, mainly manifested in the poor internal quality of the forging blanks of the convex and concave dies, and the problems in the heat treatment technology and process, resulting in impermeable hardening of the convex and concave dies, soft spots and uneven hardness. Sometimes microcracks or even cracks occur, the grinding and polishing are not in place, and the surface roughness value is too large.
(4) No lubrication or lubrication but the effect is not good.
