How to store the meshless resinoid grinding wheel directly affects the cutting resistance and cutting effect of the grinding wheel. Because the meshless resinoid grinding wheel has high requirements for humidity and temperature during the production process, the same batch of grinding wheels will have different effects and cutting resistance when used in different time periods.
Storage method of non-mesh resinoid grinding wheel:
1. Storage environment: Since the non-mesh resinoid grinding wheel has high requirements for the manufacturing environment (temperature 25℃, humidity 50-60%), the grinding wheel is required to be stored in a dry, well-ventilated space and avoid direct sunlight. It cannot be stored in a humid environment and cannot directly contact the wet ground.
2. Packaging requirements: In order to better preserve the resinoid grinding wheel, vacuum packaging or box packaging is used. In order to facilitate the operator to receive it one box at a time, generally 20 or 25 pieces/box, and the outer box is wrapped with a protective film.
3. The best daily warehouse storage environment is: temperature 25℃, humidity 50-60%.
4. Prevent moisture: After the resinoid grinding wheel is taken out, the box mouth should be sealed to prevent the remaining grinding wheel from getting damp. If the user unit does not use it up on the same day, the remaining grinding wheel should be put back into the sealed bag and sealed, and then put back into the box, and then put back into the carton. Do not leave the grinding wheel open for a long time, which will affect the quality and life of the grinding wheel.
5. The grinding wheel should be used up within 3 days after opening, and no longer than 5 days. Remember to keep the sealed bag sealed at all times.
6. To ensure cutting accuracy, or if the grinding wheel is deformed due to storage, please place every 10 grinding wheels on glass with a thickness of more than 5mm, and then layer and stack them up, and put a 5-10KG weight on the top, place it in an industrial freezer for 2 hours, take it out and place it at room temperature for 2 hours, and cycle 4 times to recover, as shown in the following figure:
7. Shelf life of grinding wheel: generally 12 months. The temperature and humidity of the non-mesh resinoid grinding wheel are strictly controlled during the manufacturing process, and on the other hand, it is professionally vacuum packed. If the user unit stores it properly, there is generally no problem using it within 18 months.
8. If the grinding wheel is placed for a long time, you need to check the shelf life.
9. When installing the grinding wheel, the user needs to check whether the grinding wheel has cracks and damage in advance. If there are cracks or damage, stop using it to prevent the grinding wheel from breaking when rotating at high speed.
