Resinoid grinding wheels will inevitably wear out during use. In fact, users all know that resin grinding wheels themselves are consumables.
What we are actually concerned about is the speed and degree of wear of resinoid grinding wheels.
(1) Material problems of the main working parts of resinoid grinding wheels, improper material selection. The material performance is poor and not wear-resistant; the mold steel has not been refined and has a large number of smelting defects; the convex and concave dies and forging blanks are not perfect in the forging process, and there are hidden dangers of heat treatment.
(2) Structural design problems of resinoid grinding wheels, unreasonable die structure. The slender convex die is not designed with a reinforcement device, the discharge port is not smooth and accumulation occurs, and the unloading force is too large, which aggravates the alternating load on the convex die.
(3) Imperfect manufacturing process of resinoid grinding wheels, mainly manifested in the poor internal quality of the convex and concave die forging blanks, problems with heat treatment technology and process, resulting in the convex and concave dies not being hardened through, soft spots and uneven hardness. Sometimes microcracks or even cracks occur, grinding and polishing are not in place, and the surface roughness value is too large.
(4) No lubrication or lubrication but poor effect.
