Before using the resinoid grinding wheel, be sure to check whether the product has quality problems, whether there are cracks, and whether the grinding wheel sounds crisp by knocking. The speed of the grinding wheel must not exceed the specified safe working linear speed.
When the resinoid grinding wheel is processing the workpiece, please do not use a lever to push the workpiece to increase the pressure on the grinding wheel. Special dressing tools should be used to dress the grinding wheel. When dressing, the operator must wear protective glasses.
Resinoid grinding wheels must use coolant correctly during grinding; if coolant is not used, dust prevention devices must be installed. Each resinoid grinding wheel is marked with the maximum use and linear speed. Before installing the machine, you must first confirm the machine's speed. Do not exceed the speed marked on the grinding wheel to ensure that the machine has a complete protective device. The center hole of the grinding wheel and the center axis of the grinding wheel must match, otherwise it cannot be used.
The flanges clamped on both sides of the resinoid grinding wheel must have the same shape and size. The flange diameter must meet the requirements and there must be grooves on both sides. When installing and fixing, it must be moderately tight. After installation, start the machine and idle for about one minute. It can only be used after there is no abnormality. Regardless of the grinding work, the pressure applied during use must be uniform. It is forbidden for the resinoid grinding wheel to collide with the workpiece when adjusting and rotating. The feed should be gradual. When cutting large-diameter workpieces, the contact surface between the grinding wheel and the workpiece should be reduced during the day.
