1. The abrasive grains are sharp, have strong cutting ability and high grinding efficiency. Large cutting depth, large feed, heavy load and efficient grinding can be carried out. According to tests, the feed amount in a single stroke can reach more than 0.3mm, and the metal removal rate is more than twice that of ordinary corundum grinding wheels.
2. It has good toughness, low wear and good shape retention of the grinding wheel. It is used for precision grinding and form grinding, and it is easy to obtain high dimensional accuracy and consistency of size and shape.

3. The grinding wheel has high durability and long service life, up to 5-10 times that of ordinary corundum grinding wheels. The replacement frequency is low, which reduces auxiliary processing time and downtime, and is conducive to the use of CNC automatic machine tools to achieve automated production.
4. The grinding wheel has good self-sharpening, no clogging, and can maintain stable grinding performance. Therefore, the amount of correction can be reduced (about 1/3 of that of a general corundum grinding wheel), the number of corrections can be reduced, and production efficiency can be improved.
5. Its performance is far superior to ordinary fused corundum abrasives, and its price is far lower than CBN and diamond abrasives. Its hardness is similar to ordinary corundum abrasives, so no special grinding equipment and correction devices are needed. CBN and diamond have special requirements for grinding equipment and difficulties in correction. They also have no special requirements for grinding fluids.
